All MACHETE pieces are backed by our 1-year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. Email mhq@shopmachete.pro with photos and your order number to start a warranty claim.

I have the Midi Heirloom Claw in Malachite and wear it constantly - it has held up beautifully over the last five years. When I saw the gorgeous blue colorway in Capri and at half price....sold! I'm so happy to add this to my ever-growing Machete collection. It grips the hair without ever slipping or tugging and can hold my hair up or back when worn down easily.
